Loin – Stripped & Naked

We love our meat.

Wether its beef, pork, chicken, lamb, or duck. We LOVE our meat. Back in January, even before thisishowweeat was an idea, our other resident grill master, KP,  was craving for some beef. Striploin to be precise.

In sunny (read: humid) Singapore, Barbecues are a common weekend sight at the East Coast Park. School kids celebrating the end of a semester,  birthday parties,  multi-generation family gatherings, etc. You don’t really need a reason to have a barbecue!
