Loin – Stripped & Naked

We love our meat.

Wether its beef, pork, chicken, lamb, or duck. We LOVE our meat. Back in January, even before thisishowweeat was an idea, our other resident grill master, KP,  was craving for some beef. Striploin to be precise.

“All sliced up and ready for dinner. The meat turned out a little dry – next time think I’ll use a shorter cooking time for cuts of beef, or use the Rib cut again, which was much better :)”
